Much of our jewelry is made from hand-carved original waxes created by talented gold- and silversmiths in Colorado, Oregon, Hawaii, Utah and Arizona.
Some of our jewelry is cast and stone set in the United States while others come from as far away as Java, Indonesia and Thailand. The designs are original, cast using the lost wax method. All of our stones are hand-picked and meticulously bezel-set, the choices include; amethyst, garnet, moonstone, turquoise, lapis lazuli, iolite and more. Returns:
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on most jewelry, except items that have been worn, altered or damaged in any way. Items must include the original receipt. Unless the item was defective, we do not credit shipping charges. Your total minus shipping is the amount we will refund. If the item was defective, naturally we will take care of all your expenses. In case you miscalculate your ring size and need another ring, we will ship out the second ring (after receiving the first one back) for a reduced cost of $2.50 (First Class Mail Domestic only)... As long as we receive the item within 30 days from date of purchase, we will be able to charge the card you used for this additional expense. Otherwise, you can send a money order.
